Billing Terms and Conditions – Casayard

These Billing Terms and Conditions govern the payment and invoicing process for all transactions conducted through www.casayards.com.

Billing Process

• Customers must provide accurate billing information at checkout.
• Payment must be authorized at the time of purchase.
• Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• PayPal
• Interac e-Transfer (Canada only)
• Any additional methods displayed at checkout

Recurring Payments

• For subscription-based services (if applicable), recurring payments will be billed automatically on the schedule agreed at checkout.
• Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time by contacting billing@casayards.com.

Failed Transactions

• If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.
• Customers are responsible for contacting their bank/payment provider to resolve payment issues.

Taxes

• All orders are subject to applicable Canadian federal and provincial taxes.
• Tax amounts will be displayed during checkout.
