Cancellation Policy – Casayard

Casayard understands that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel orders before they are shipped.

Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
• To cancel, contact orders@casayards.com with your order number.

Order Cancellation After Processing

• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Instead, you may request a return (see Return & Refund Policy).

Cancellation by Casayard

Casayard reserves the right to cancel an order if:

• The item is out of stock.
• There are pricing or listing errors.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
