Return and Refund Policy – Casayard

Casayard is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order grills.
- Items purchased during clearance sales.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
Return Process
- Contact support@casayards.com with your order number and reason for return.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
- Upon inspection, Casayard will process the refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on Casayard’s part.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Casayard will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
