Return and Refund Policy – Casayard

Casayard is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order grills.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales.
  • Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or negligence.

Return Process

  1. Contact support@casayards.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
  4. Upon inspection, Casayard will process the refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on Casayard’s part.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Casayard will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
