Welcome to Casayard. We are committed to ensuring that your purchase reaches you in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and obligations regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Order Processing

• All orders placed on www.casayards.com are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During high-demand periods (such as holiday seasons or promotional events), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
• Customers will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Casayard currently ships exclusively within Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
• Expedited Shipping (where available): 2–5 business days.
• Freight Delivery: For large BBQ grills and outdoor kitchens, specialized freight services may be required. Customers will be contacted directly to arrange delivery times.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address.
• Large or bulky items may incur additional handling fees.
• Free shipping promotions may apply on certain products or minimum order thresholds.

Delivery & Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details (name, address, contact information) are accurate at the time of order. Casayard is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping details.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

• Casayard is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, courier errors, or force majeure events.
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@casayards.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. We will help file a claim with the carrier and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement product.
